...Of new NAB CEO David Rehr, what would it be? Would it address indecency issues, youths and radio, iPods in cars, satellite radio regulation - or something altogether different?

Ok I'll bite.
In a free market - the satcasters would be able to offer local content to listeners of it's systems - but the NAB lobbied the government to prevent that. How exactly does that benefit listeners?
Part 2 - as moble internet and wi-fi use expands will the NAB again petition the government to ban local content from anyone except AM/FM/HD broadcasters?
