What about all the free plays on MySpace and Facebook? There are many bands that average 10,000+ spins per day. Maybe each MySpace user should have to set-up a PayPal account and every time they click a song it subtracts 5 cents.

Maybe radio should set up a sales plan for band mentions? Every time the DJ front-sells or back-sells a song, it should cost the band/label because radio shouldn't be giving out mentions for free.

It'd be fun to see the reaction on the record labels face when they got a bill from the radio station. Don't forget to charge interest!

Also, each time you play a song, the standard spot rates should apply. So don't forget to charge for that as well.
